Service, Maintenance and Repair

RESMARS fully qualified engineers are Manufacturer Certified to repair ,service and recalibrate a variety of Manufacturers products. Either at our dedicated workshops or onboard/ onsite.

Services include the following:

Fire Extinguisher service and recharge(annual)

Breathing Apparatus , inspection, service and repair

Gas Detection Equipment, recalibration and service

Air Quality Testing (EN12021)

Breathing Air Testing

Compressed Air Quality testing

Annual service of Descent Control Units

Cylinder refills and Recertification

 Servicing Marine safety Equipment :

• Fixed Fire Extinguisher Systems

• Portable fire extinguishers
• SCBA service and Repair
• Escape sets service and repair

RESMAR offer a worldwide service package to support all products supplied. We will endeavour to carry out most servicing whilst onsite/onboard however occasionally equipment may require specialist repairs by the Manufacturer. In these circumstances RESMAR will ensure minimal disruption and if necessary and feasible provide temporary replacement.

SERVICE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT

Resmar will undertake the management and timing of the work to be carried out :

We will advise when we shall be attending each vessel

we will advise when the work has been completed and provide the correct documentation at that time

Temporary certification will be left with the ship whilst the formal reports and certificates are prepared in our offices

A copy of each report will be made available to the ship for future referrence, an additional copy will be sent to your offices for your records. We also retain a copy for our files.

Our fullytrained and certified engineers will service the equipment in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.

Included in the contract:

All labour, travel, service work, certification and training can be included.
